These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and the services offered through it (the “Service”), operated by Arius Automation, a brand of Arius Global Technology, registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

The Service includes this website, the option to book a call, and free downloadable resources such as Claude Code skills and related materials. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or withdraw all or part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. Free resources and licensing

Resources we make available for free are provided for your own use. Where a resource is published under an open-source license (for example, MIT), that license governs your use of it. Except as expressly permitted, you may not misrepresent the origin of the resources or claim them as your own original work.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Service that is not offered under a separate license — including text, design, graphics, and logos — is owned by or licensed to Arius Global Technology and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, or republish this content without our prior written consent.

7. Fees

The resources on this site are free. Any paid engagements are governed by a separate written agreement. Unless stated otherwise in writing, fees for paid services are non-refundable, and changes to pricing do not affect services already purchased.

8. Disclaimers

We provide the Service and its resources without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will be achieved from using our resources.
